1Eligibility (18+ Only)

You may use the Service only if:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher), and
• You are legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction.

We may require age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect a user is underage.

2Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration

To access core features, you must create an account with:

• Username
• Email address
• Password

Email verification is required. Until verified, your access may be limited (for example, uploads, game creation, and interactions may be disabled).

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your email current

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access: support@gooning.games.

We may suspend accounts for security reasons, suspected abuse, or policy violations.

3Platform Description

Gooning.Games is an adult-oriented platform that combines social networking with user-generated interactive experiences ("Games"). Users may upload adult media ("Media"), organize it, and create Games (interactive slideshows and reveal mechanics) to share with others.

Features include:

• User profiles, following, and "friends" via mutual follows
• User uploads (images and videos)
• Single-player Games (e.g., SlideStroke, Card Reveal, Choose Your Fate)
• Real-time multiplayer modes (e.g., Wank Battle, Mind Control)
• Direct messages and in-game chat
• Commenting on Games
• AI-assisted categorization/tagging of uploads

4User Content (UGC)

4.1 You Own Your Content (But You Grant Us a License)

You retain ownership of the Media and other content you upload ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, reproduce, process, adapt (including converting formats), display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service, including:
  • Converting images and videos
  • Generating thumbnails
  • Delivering content via CDN
  • Enabling sharing based on your privacy settings
  • Enabling gameplay in your created Games
  • Moderation and enforcement

This license ends when you delete your User Content, except where we must retain copies for legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, backups, or system integrity for a reasonable period.

4.2 You Are Fully Responsible for What You Upload

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and share the User Content
• The User Content does not violate any law or these Terms
• The User Content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• All depicted persons are 18+ and the content is consensual

You understand that you—not Gooning.Games—are responsible for the User Content you upload and the consequences of uploading it.

5Prohibited Content (Strict)

The following are prohibited and will result in removal and potential account termination, and may be reported to authorities:

1. CSAM / Minors: Any content depicting or sexualizing anyone under 18, or that appears to depict minors.
2. Non-consensual intimate content: "Revenge porn," blackmail content, hidden-camera content, or content shared without consent.
3. Bestiality.
4. Extreme violence / gore (including sexual violence).
5. Hate speech or content targeting protected classes with harassment, degradation, or incitement.
6. Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal acts.
7. Spam, scams, or phishing, including attempts to solicit personal financial information.
8. Impersonation or deceptive identity practices.
9. Content that violates another person's privacy (doxxing, private addresses, phone numbers, IDs).

We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, illegal, or creates risk.

6Behavioral Rules

When using DMs, in-game chat, comments, profiles, and multiplayer modes, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk others
• Use hate speech or targeted abuse
• Share personal information (yours or others') in a way that risks harm
• Solicit minors or attempt age manipulation
• Share or request illegal content

We may restrict chat privileges, suspend accounts, or take other actions to protect users and the platform.

7Privacy Controls & Sharing

You can set profile and content visibility options (for example, Public / Friends Only / Private, and Game visibility such as Public / Unlisted / Private). You understand:

• Public content may be viewed by other users and may be shared by them outside the Service.
• "Friends Only" content may be accessible to mutual followers.
• We cannot guarantee other users will not copy or record what they see.

8AI Tagging / Categorization

The Service may automatically scan and tag uploaded PUBLIC Media using AI-based tools for categorization and gameplay logic.

You acknowledge:

• Tags are automated and may be inaccurate
• Tags are used for organization, filters, and retrieval
• We do not guarantee tags are complete, correct, or appropriate

9Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

10DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to dmca@gooning.games including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work and infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

11Reporting System & Enforcement

Users may report Profiles, Games, or specific Media. We may investigate reports and take actions including removing content, warning usage, suspending accounts, forcing profile changes, or restricting features.

12Health & Safety Disclaimer

13Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or upload malware. We may rate-limit or block IPs to protect the platform.

14Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required by law.

15Disclaimers & Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOONING.GAMES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS.

16Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gooning.Games from claims arising from your User Content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

17Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
